The façade presents a meticulously balanced composition: a steep slate roofline punctuated by arched dormers, vertically proportioned shuttered windows, and a central portico supported by fluted columns. This residence was conceived as an heirloom home, one meant to weather with dignity and accrue beauty over generations. Primary materials include:

• Hand-laid cream colored brick for softness and luminosity
• Limestone trim and balustrades carved with crisp classical profiles
• Natural gray Vermont graduated slate roofing with subtle tonal interplay
• Custom wood shutters painted in a deep charcoal for elegant contrast

These elements work together to reinforce the home’s French Provincial architecture, bridging historical reference with modern performance.

Arched masonry window heads, recessed French casements, and classical cornices demonstrate the kind of refined detailing rarely achieved in new construction. Each gesture, whether the rhythm of the arches on the rear façade or the sculptural detail of the window bays, is executed to elevate the architecture from simply accurate to genuinely artful.

The octagonal rear bays with their delicate tracery window detailing add sculptural nuance to the elevation. Above, stone balustraded balconies provide private outdoor rooms, each enriching the façade with layered form and shadow.
